Spend the afternoon at leisure one of the nearby beaches or relaxing by the pool or in a hammock on one of the shady terraces. Or have a massage or a Reiki treatment or join one or our extra activities, horse riding on the beach, or a trip to nearby Lagos. In the early evening recharge and restore with more Yoga and a guided Meditation followed by Dinner at the Villa and Stargazing or a trip to the fishing village of Salema to watch the sunset and eat the catch of the day.
